Made larger payment account does not reflect , according to customer service my account is on a hold based on payment made. I may have it release with proof of payment with bank via fax. Which I find ridiculous will be closing account ! Never experienced such ridiculous holds on account for making a payment

I ASKED IF A SOFT OR HARD CREDIT WOULD BE PULL. I WAS ADVISED THAT IT WOULD BE A SOFT INQUIRY. THE NEXT DAY, I CHECKED ON THE CREDIT BUREAU AND FOUND THAT IT WAS A HARD CREDIT CHECK.

I just filed my complaint with the FTC, last 3 digits 422. I am not playing games with these people. They need to give me back my money since I am paying for a nonexistent service!!!!

Going to the FTC. I have been billed for this card despite never using it. Additionally, I have TRIED to use it on several websites for paying a small bill, or a purchase but ALL WEBSITES are declining this card. I am getting my fees back and the government will be involved. Fraudulent services NOT RENDERED!! This ends here!!

Credit Card Bill but No credit card

I was approved and I received my first bill without ever receiving the card. Called and got a message the cards are back ordered. No card should mean no bill. I cannot believe they expect me to pay without even receiving an account number.

Fraud charges

Legacys customers service agent was unhelpful with answering my questions and there was not any notes in their computer regarding my first call requesting to cancel the fraudulent charges that were made on my credit card and my request to cancel and the stolen credit card account.

My card keeps getting declined even though I have plenty of funds available and all my payments have been on time and a great customer. I have never had a card decline a sale before. Very embarrassed.

I dont know what they are talking about and they asked if I had anything else I wished to verify ? I wasnt told inwas any kind of legacy holder or anything ?

I have had this card since 2016. They never changed my checking that was hacked! They never even changed my email!! I Spoke with a manager she was no help and basically said oh well! Dont do business with a company like this so sad!!

I am looking more into what has happened. It may be legal or maybe not but Ill find out. Why do you need a 12 day hold? I cut it up and would not recommend.

Incorrect information reported after 44 on time payment they posted a late payment on my credit report. Spoke to customer service spoke to a manager they refused to reverse it they said it was my mistake. This is a company that supposed to help you rebuild your credit. I was not emailed I was not given a written letter I was not even getting a text message and they just posted it to my credit report without notification. For a company that is helping people rebuild their credit this makes me sick to my stomach. Close the account immediately.

Negative Experian Reports Despite Solid Payment History

Legacy card is a nightmare to have and deal with. I always make 2-3 times above what my normal payment should be. However, every month rolls around and if you do not have at least 200-330 available in credit on your card, they will report you as being over the credit limit to the credit bureaus. Do NOT get this card for any reason!!!
